Saatchi & Saatchi Romania wins Cannes Bronze Lion

BUCHAREST, Romania - June 19th, 2012

Saatchi & Saatchi Romania has been awarded a Bronze Lion at the 59th Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity, the world's largest and most prestigious global annual awards in advertising and communications.

The award was received in the PR Environmental category for “Plant the Bill”, the campaign developed for the energy company, Enel Romania, which has generated a real change in people’s behaviour towards the environment.

After having been short-listed in three other categories– “Direct Flat Mailing” for the bronze winning campaign “Plant the Bill”, “Best Use of Integrated Media” and “ Charities, Public Health & Safety - Public Awareness Message” for “Repetition”, the campaign developed for the non profit organisation Horia Motoi; Saatchi & Saatchi Romania received the distinction of this Bronze Lion for PR, on the 18th of June, 2012.
